Iceni RFC

Iceni RFC is Norfolks first & only LGBTQIA+ (& Ally) fully inclusive rugby team.

We are members of Wymondham Rugby Club, and International Gay Rugby (IGR) affiliated.

If you would like to be a part of our evergrowing team, then we are recruiting new players, so why not come along and give touch rugby a try?

All levels and abilities are welcome!

We are fully inclusive, and that means our team is trans-inclusive.

We meet every Wednesday, from 7pm onwards, ready to play in weather appropriate training gear, trainers or moulds, and a bottle of water for hydration…Cardio!!!

Between 7:00 pm – 7:30pm we work on conditioning and improving cardiovascular fitness.

From 7:30pm, we begin with a further warmup, then drills and skills, followed by tactics, and then we finish with a game!

Afterwards, at 9pm we catch up with a chat and a few drinks in the player’s bar.

Come along and meet our tribe, make some friends, learn some rugby skills, and most importantly, have some fun!
