13: The Green Dragon

Dating from the late 15th century, this is one of the earliest and best preserved secular buildings in Wymondham. Interesting features include the carved head of a bearded man supporting the jetty, the three former shop windows and, inside, the heavy ceiling beams and old ‘snug’ bar.
