Alan R Cross & Son was started in 1950 by Alan Cross and remains a family business to this day having passed from Alan to Richard his son and now to Tracey, Richard's daughter.

The business has always taken great pride in offering a high quality service across a broad spectrum of customers ranging from the smallest domestic job right up to the largest industrial installations. The Company is known by its distinctive red vans and black and gold logo throughout Norfolk, a logo that has been retained through the Companies history.

Operating from offices in Station Road, the business currently employs 15 staff including 8 fully qualified and highly experience engineers and 2 apprentices. The size of the business means that we are able to react quickly to accommodate our customers needs in addition to carrying out the usual planned works and we always have an eye on the next generation ensuring that our engineers of the future are all home grown with constant opportunities being provided to apprentices.

The Company is a fully accredited member of NIC meaning that we must operate under strict operating conditions and this allows us to use the "Approve Contractor" and "Domestic Installer" accreditations. These are the industry standard accreditation which provides significant protection to our customers and serves as a marque of quality.
