Cats At Home was founded in 2019 by Charlie Warren, a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse with a passion for feline care. With a career spanning over two decades in veterinary nursing and practice management, Charlie brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of cat handling and grooming.

Founder’s Background: Charlie qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2000 and has since worked extensively across various Veterinary Practices, both locally as a Head Nurse and nationally as a locum. Her experience also includes a stint as a lecturer in Veterinary Nursing and managing groups of up to 28 veterinary practices simultaneously. Charlie's grooming services for cats have been available for over 18 years, but her full-time managerial role meant they were offered on a limited basis until recently.

Personal experiences, including becoming a mother to Mabel and Penelope and the sudden loss of her mother to a heart condition in February 2021, have fuelled Charlie's determination to pursue her dream of owning a business doing what she loves most - caring for cats.
