We recognise that entrusting your loved one into the care of strangers is often very difficult. However, you can be assured that your loved one will receive the highest levels of care from our trained staff.
Rosedale believes that providing the very best bereavement support goes hand in hand with helping you to arrange a funeral. Our groups run regularly throughout the year and are free to attend and open to all, regardless of how long ago the bereavement.
At Rosedale we will guide you through the funeral arrangements. We will listen to what you want and work with you to create a funeral that is meaningful, personal and dignified.
Rosedale is priced competitively and has always been transparent about funeral costs, long before it became mandatory, and will always provide you with a written estimate. We are experienced in advising on financial support you may be entitled to and will work with you to create a meaningful funeral whatever your budget. We can also offer affordable funeral finance through ‘Funeral Safe’ who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Rosedale has been a trailblazer in environmentally friendly alternatives, and has won several awards, including the EDP Environment and Sustainability Award, and the Platinum Award in the ……. We can offer environmentally alternatives to traditional funeral options, and can even advise on a carbon neutral funeral. We are committed to genuine change, not greenwashing, and are always on the look out for other options.
We also have our own bereavement library, short film, memory bears and our popular annual Service and Walk of Remembrance. We can offer advice on how to support and involved bereaved children and can signpost to further support as well.
“Listened to with empathy, offered the full range of choice, given all the time you need, charged fairly, and empowered to arrange a funeral that reflects your wishes and values and those of the person who has died.” The Good Funeral Guide
