Spring Diesel Gala

The Mid-Norfolk Railway is pleased to announce that our for 2024 will consist of the railways home fleet (03063, 33202, 47580 & 47596) and a guest mainline Rail Operations Group Class 37 locomotive.

The MNR is planning on running intensive and different timetables across all three running days using both air and vacuum braked coaching stock. The weekend will also see our new resident Class 03 shunter, 03063, hauling its first passenger workings on the MNR. Furthermore, 03063 is to be named in memory of its former owner at Thuxton on the Saturday morning.

Timetables and allocations will be released closer to the date.

The MNR would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the home fleets private owners and Rail Operations Group for supplying their locomotives for the gala.
