Exciting News! CC Clements & Sons DIY Hardware store have a brand-new website with Click & Collect, making it easier than ever to shop with Wymondham’s favourite business!

George and his son David Squires run the family business with part-time team, Richard and Colin (their engraver extraordinaire!). For over 145 years they’re been supplying Wymondham and beyond with decorating materials, tools, electrical, heating and homewares, ironmongery (yes, they sell single screws & nails!), LPG gas for heating, trophies, brass plates, engraving services, key cutting and 24 hour locksmith services.

There’s an ordering service too for items they don’t have in stock (over 5,000 products and counting!). Wymondham Ghost Tours 

Wymondham: is it the most haunted town in Norfolk? They say Wymondham is home to more than just history…ghostly sightings, untold mysteries, and restless spirits. A town where the past refuses to rest.

Steeped in history, Wymondham was established in Anglo-Saxon times and was notable enough to be mentioned in the Domesday book! Outdoor sessions where young adventurers can build fires, make art from natural materials and learn survival skills. A great away for teens to connect with nature and new friends. EAMA 10k Sunday 17 Nov 10am Wymondham 

Runners complete a one lap circuit starting on Lady’s Lane in Wymondham and loop around the picturesque countryside near Morley. Proudly sponsored by East Anglian Motor Auctions, a Wymondham based family run business that have been operating since 1946. EAMA have earned the reputation as Norfolk’s premier marketplace for selling used cars and commercial vehicles, they cater for a wide variety of private and commercial customers and their friendly team offer an all-inclusive service to take all the hassle out of selling your vehicle.

Money raised from the entry fees is used to fund some of South Norfolk Council’s most-valued community services, with some funds also donated to the Chairman’s chosen charity. Details here

Join us for the Wymondham Christmas Lights switch on event to kick-off Christmas with a local theme celebrating Wymondham’s businesses and community! Come and see Wymondham lit up with its beautiful lights, meet our fantastic independent shops, cafes and historic pubs who’ll be opening their doors, local producers and makers stalls, festive food and drink, live music, Santa’s Grotto, Christmas Naughty Elf Trail, walk about acts bouncing around the town, Gray’s Funfair rides and more culminating in the big countdown of the Christmas lights switch on followed by a fire show and more live music to finish. Fun for the whole family!
