The White Hart, dating back to the 16th Century where it began its days as a humble Coaching Inn. Still standing strong today, it is always ready to serve great food, a wonderful selection of drinks and offer abundant hospitality. Don't be fooled by its modest exterior as it sits quietly overlooking the High Street, for inside awaits a delightful pub with an extensive bar, cosy seating areas, a stunning masonic hall which serves as its spacious function room as well as a lovely outdoor seating area beckoning those relaxing, summer days.

The Hart features a designated Ale Bar which serves between 5 - 8 local and national Ales at all times! From stouts and darks to golds and blondes with all shades and hops in between, there is always an Ale available for everyone's tastes.

Of course, the hart doesn't only serve ale! The bar also is home to 4 draught lagers, 2 draught ciders alongside 3 varying still ciders and cool Guinness. Continuing the alcoholic line-up, we have a variety of bottles including beers, fruity ciders, house and premium wines and bubbly's! There's gins, rums, whiskies and a host of favourites spirits and liqueurs. Further refreshments includes hot coffees and teas as well as an assortment of soft drinks that are sparkling, juicy, bitter, sweet or refreshing.

The White Harts menu caters to all tastes and is available every day of the week! You'll find a tantalising choice of starters, delicious classics such as fish and chips and bangers and mash, a selection of burgers as well as a wide range of pizzas, not forgetting the all-important homemade desserts! On those easy Sundays, why not come down for a Sunday Carvery, with a choice of succulent Pork, rich Roast Beef and tender Roast Turkey (plus vegetarian options) and fresh cooked traditional sides to plate up!

Come down on a Thursday evening to enjoy our Pizza Deal, where we offer two 9" pizzas for only £10! Also on a Thursday, join us for our local, volunteer run quiz where there is an exciting quiz hosted each week. Every second Sunday of the month, The White Hart hosts its own quiz which always attracts a fantastic crowd, with a guarantee of a cash prize plus the chance to win the jackpot!
